Verdict: Which solution to choose?
PayPal has one real asset: consumer trust and a checkout everyone knows. For a classic store, adding it as a payment option is defensible.
But its Acceptable Use Policy excludes CBD, crypto, high-ticket coaching and most sensitive sectors, and its method is well documented: account limitation without notice, retroactive KYC, and a balance held for up to 180 days after closure. For a high-risk merchant, that's a sword hanging over your cash flow.
Bridge Pay takes the opposite approach: your sector is validated BEFORE the first transaction, the contract stays stable as long as compliance is maintained, and your funds arrive in 3 business days. The real question isn't the headline rate: it's who still holds your cash six months from now.
